A3: We always here to work with you and offer 10-Years warranty on frame and suspension, and 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship for all other elements.
Q4. What is the payment term?
A4: T/T,L/C At Sight,Western Union and Cash.Generally 30% Deposit before production by T/T ,balance should be paid before the shipment.
Q5. During shipping, if there some damages on products, what is your solution for it ?
A5: Firstly,normally we will buy shipping insurance for you after loading.If there are some damages and incidence happened unfortuantely ,the shipping company will be responsible for it .
Q6: What is your trade terms ?
A6: EXW, FOB,CIF.
